Today was CRAZY...as usual. Chris had a wrestling match about an hour away....so, he rides the bus with the team...the little guys and I start driving out (after packing ALL of the things that we'll need to be out of the house for a few hours)...don't EVEN ask what all I have to pack.
We get about 15 minutes from the school...and Chris calls to tell me that there isn't a wrestler for his weight division...so, he doesn't wrestle tonight.
AHHH.....
do I turn around?
NO...I keep going..to support Chris and his team.
While wrestling with my piglet Isaac and watching Eli spill popcorn, drink, his ipod...
hearing dad's curse the ref for making bad calls..
while my bum is numb from sitting on the hard bleachers...
while having to drive BACK home at 9:00pm at night for another HOUR to get home...
IN THE RAIN...
(and you can't speed here or they'll catch you!)
But...we made it home,
Chris won by forfeit,
Eli was able to tell me about EVERY SINGLE DETAIL of his day because we were in the car so long...
and Isaac was able to watch TWO HOURS of Yo Gabba Gabba in the car....
all is well in Rainy Aberdeen.

Adorable picture.
"Brotherly Love" ain't it sweet!
Your balancing act is so entertaining at times - I know Chris was propably disappointed that he didn't have a competitor at wrestling but so awesome of you to stay and cheer on the team.
I would have whipped that minivan around the minute I hung up the phone! Great mothering skills there Kat!
Now let's be honest.......what kind of food places were you headed towards? (Just kidding)
Keep those pictures coming. I need to see how my babies are growing!
Eli's face is cracking me up!! They are cutie patooties!!!
Way to go for being such a supportive mom. Chris will thank you one day.
You can look at it in a good way...Chris did CALL YOU to tell you of the news he wasn't going to wrestling, instead of going there and finding out! They grow up so fast.
LOVE YOU
