I can't believe that it's been a week since my last post...YIKES! Let's see...what's happened this week:
**Eli has gotten the ENTIRE house sick (that, or it's allergies)...but, we're all coughing and sneezing. So, we're sanitizing, dusting, showering, cleaning, and keeping everyone (but me) away from Isaac. He's coughed and sneezed a few times...I'm hoping he doesn't get it as bad as the rest of us!
**Chris is now a TEENAGER!!! (I feel so oLD!) He had his party Saturday night and I think he had a blast!
**Isaac is still wretching. He's spit up a few more times. He's just choking and turning extremely blue when he has these episodes. He gets really sweaty and then he's so exhausted that he falls right to sleep for about 30 mintutes. We go back to see Dr. Baron (GI doc) next week..maybe this new drug will help out! We see Dr. Mayman (card) tomorrow and Nicole (developmental specialist) comes is the afternoon! Isaac has been off of his steroids for a week now and his happy personality has come back. Although, he has forgotten that he needs to sleep again. He's up every 30 mintues at night...(he's lucky that he's sooo cute!) I've been keeping an eye on his sats. When we left Stanford, they were in the high 80's and they've been in the mid 70's. I'll have to ask Dr. Mayman tomorrow when we need to put him back on the oxygen. He's holding his head up a lot better now. He just doesn't like tummy time AT ALL! I can get him to lay on his belly for about 1 minute before he starts crying. He will still not drink from his bottle. We try everyday....one day...I suppose it will just click and it will happen! He smiles all day long...but, when I put the camera in front of my face...he stops. So...I'll have to wait until Joe comes home to help out with the camera. (Joe, by the way, is in Phoenix today). He's still foaming at the mouth (not swallowing his saliva)...maybe he just needs a rabies shot! OH>>>OH>>>OH....I know what I haven't posted....That mickey button fell out again!!! I was laying Isaac in his crib downstairs and out it came and so did all the milk that was just pumped in! Thank goodness Joe was home...I yelled (because that's what I do in a panic) and "cool moe d" Joe came over and fixed Isaac right up! He cleaned off his belly, got a new botton, put it in his stomach, filled the balloon with water, and got it perfectly placed! (I don't know what I'd do without Joe...he's cool and calm when I need him to be). Oh, and the refridgerator broke this week (it's only 2 years old). Joe got on line and ordered new parts and when they came in, I put it together! (Who's the man now?!?) and yes, it works like a charm! Joe's car broke this week. and no...it's still not working. It's at the Cadillac dealership in parts...they can't find the problem. So, Joe's in a nice Buick rental car...what a nice, family car that he has to drive (ha ha ha)...
Mandy brought Katie (our dog) back this weekend. That means our house is officially a zoo again! Big boys fighting, Isaac crying, Katie barking, Me talking over the boys (ok..sometimes yelling over the boys) and Joe clicking away on his computer wishing he had stayed at work a little longer!
What a wonderful life we have!!!

THANK YOU so much for an update! We think about that little guy often and wonder how he is doing. Good to learn all is normally well :) Were you talking about Isaac or Joe foaming at the mouth!!! HAHA Love you guys,

Glad to see you finally made a post. I just told mom that I didn't get pics of Isaac but I have some of the other two boys. Everyone, Isaac and Kathy look great. Kathy is almost back to her TINY self. Isaac is almost as big as my 10 month old. He is such a good little boy. He only cries when my Maggie starts crying. Kathy is turning into our own little nurse. A few months ago she would have never been able to do half of the things that she does now. Kats a big girl now!! See you soon to go shopping at Little Me.
Love ya
Mandy
Wow - ya'll always have so much going on but I am really impressed with the way you & Joe take it all in stride, as I saw when I was there last week.
Isaac looks so cute with his "tiny" pacifier. Doesn't he wonder where his animal friends went, that used to be attached to the other end of his mouth?
I miss you all! - I know how well you guys take care of each other, so I'm sure everyone will be over their sniffles soon. Give the boys kisses for us.
Love Mom
I need to find out how you did that!!
Also, my first baby will be 25 yrs old this Sunday.. talk about feeling old!
I went to a wedding over the weekend .. a respiratory therapist from Stanford... we saw a bunch of Stanford people.. it was great fun.
