Happy Thursday.

I am sad.
Old Navy weekly started WAY too early tonight....I wasn't prepared....I didn't get any big coupons.
Maybe next week will be better.

Our day started off like normal.  I spiked Chris' hair and sent him off to seminary and school.
Eli woke up and didn't want to go to school....I coaxed him out of bed, fed him tasty cereal, and got him to school JUST in time!

Then, Isaac and I head off to Lisa's house.  It was so good to see Lisa and the boys...except, Isaac was wretching and crying most of the time.  I just didn't know what was wrong with him.
UNTIL I got home.  I checked his sats...and they were in the 80s!
Now...I have a question for heart moms (or dads).  Do you ever get different readings when you monitor the sats on their fingers to toes??? After stressing about his 80s...I took another reading a few hours later (on his finger this time) and he was in the low 90s.  It just stresses me out..not knowing how accurate those darn things are.  But, I do think he was low this morning...because, that would explain all the wretching.

THEN...if that wasn't enough...soccer practice.   GEEZ...a break please!  But, Mandy and I were able to sit and chat with Colleen and had a blast (not even seeing the boys practice).

Tomorrow is Friday.  I am excited.  It's pizza night.  My delivery guy will be glad to see me!

Your ON coupon saved me $52 this week!! THANK YOU!

Ohhhh, sweet Isaac... He just must be feeling yucky. :( I'm not sure about the sat readings and how they might be different from finger to foot. I do know that the cheaper the monitor, the less accurate they are.

Pizza night, how fun! Enjoy your weekend! Get better, Isaac. Sending lots of hugs your way. xo

Ohh-I just hate that wretching!! I do agree that it is impossible to always get accurate readings with those sat monitors!!

Hope you all have a wonderful weekend and no more wretching Isaac ok??

Kathy I saw on your picture that you used the Blue thing to get his Sat never use that for the foot you will never get a good reading that is only meant for the finger. The one for the foot is the one that is tape like. If you do not have any of these let me know and I can give you some.

Also I have been calling you and leaving messages are you getting them???

Hope to hear from you soon.

Hi Kathy, In my experience those monitors can be a little unreliable. We have had varied readings from hand vs. foot (Kanani has super tiny skinny fingers) and if her hands/feet are cold, the reading is poor and reads lower... our nurse said that low 80s you can tell based on their coloring?? So... not pink?

We only have the probe to check the toe so I don't know. Hope he starts to feel better soon. What is up with our kids?!?!
