Here's Isaac trying out some cheese puffs and cookies yesterday...

I don't know...do you think he could just live off cheese puffs???

First of all....let me tell you that my little man (Isaac) stayed awake until midnight last night!!! He was just laying in his bed...kicking his feet...playing with his paci!!! Such a silly boy (such a tired mama!)

So...Isaac stayed off the O2 today. He's still wretching and throwing up. BUT, I did add a little more water to his milk, a little pedialyte, and a little pear juice...all that together is keeping most of the milk down...he's just still wretching more than I'd like.

Isaac's PT (Nora) came over today. He worked hard today...no new tricks to share, but he tolerated us very well today. We're SO lucky to have all of the therapists that we have...they work so hard for Isaac...he wouldn't be where he is today without them. Here's our Nicole...
she's our developmental specialist. It's a sad story...but, look at how wonderful she is!!!

Kuddos to Nicole!!! As I prepare to send my own special needs baby back "home"....these are the thought that run through my mind...some people will just never "get it"...they just don't have the tools.

You are ALL doing a great job with that little man. Especially you, Mama! Keep up the good work. Isaac couldn't have been given a better family.

Mmmmmm, cheese puffs! I think I could live solely off cheese puffs.

Have a great weekend! xoxo

Does Isaac like ritz crackers? I don't think that I've seen him try one! I hate the mess cheese puffs leave behind. I followed the story about Nicole. Just a horrible situation. I really admire her for what she continued to do; that had to be tough. Tell baby Isaac we miss him. (and you, Sto, and Eli). Lauren continues to ask often where they are and finds pictures in magazines that favor all of you. Take care, Abby

What a woman, to keep going back into an environment like that... what we won't do for kids!

Aren't cheese puffs great?! Vaeh likes all the Gerber toddler foods. They kinda melt in their mouth & she really likes them! Especially the peach flavored, among others!

Hope lil' Isaac goes to bed early for you tonight, or at least takes a good nap in the afternoon so that you can catch a cat nap, too!

Have a great weekend!! Give that cutie patootie smooches from us!!

Nilla wafers? They are a big hit around here. But, honestly, I could live off cheese puffs. No - wait - that would mean no mexican food. Never mind....

He is such a cutie pie.

Wow, what a sad story. But what a true testiment to how great and dedicated Nicole is.

I think Isaac would think it was just fine to exist on cheese puffs! Maybe you could think of some "cheese puff recipes"...shakes, pies, soup...

Hope you guys have a great weekend!

Love ya,
