uh huh....that's my Isaac...and my Eli....yes...welcome to my world!
hi....I'm still trying to sit up!

Nothing much to report here. Our day started about 1am. I woke up and realized that I didn't disconnect Isaac from his 10pm feed. When I reached into the crib to disconnect him....the bed was SOAKED! Well...there goes 120 potential calories! So...I'm trying to see with my dry-contact eyes .... I have to change Isaac from head to toe, change the sheets (which I couldn't find to save my life), and get him another blanket.
Now...it's 7am and we're downstairs getting Chris off to school....and he threw up! (Is this how our day is going to go??) We get both boys off to school....and Isaac does good throughout the day! (thank goodness!) I made a few CUTIE tutus, made it to basketball practice, and got to chat with the mamas! All-in-all...it was a good day with no EXTRAORDINARY events!!!
YEAH FOR ISAAC!!!

OK...I can't believe that Jen doesn't know what the medical mumbo jumbo said...
overall it says that Isaac's heart is function ok for now (no surgeries need at this point), his lungs are still healing (one side is bigger than the other)...but, I think he just took a beating on them this year...and they'll catch up....and his brain...well, I'm still looking up that one...but, maybe it just shows delays...and that's ok with us...we'll help him in any areas he needs a little more time in.

Hope everyone has a WONDERFUL WEDNESDAY!!!

Poor Isaac. You didn't tell me all this today. But then again we really didn't get to talk much.

Try to have a relaxing week. Talk to you later.

I love the sitting up pic!! He's such a peanut!

Wishing you a throw-up-FREE day today! Yuck, I wouldn't be able to handle the amounts of throw-up that you do. You are mama of the year, as far as I'm concerned.

Take care, Rollers!

Hi Kathy!

I loved all of the new pictures of your handsome boys!!! They're all just adorable!

Don't you just hate it when that tube disconnects?! I swear my whole house probably reeks of Pediasure, thankfully, no one has had the heart to tell us, though! ha!

I was glad to hear that Isaac's test results were pretty good. On the brain MRI....Emma's neuro told us that the myelination isn't really visible enough until the age of 2. So don't worry yourself too much....he's still got another year!

I'll be keeping you guys all in my prayers as you prepare for Isaac's cleft palate surgery next month. I don't know how you handle everything as well as you do, Kathy! You amaze me!

Take care, and give your little man a big heart hug from us!

Lots of Love,

Wendy (& Emma, too!)

Isaac looks taller. It looks like the trunk of his body has stretched. I can't wait until he starts trying to stand up!

Do you still have 2 cribs set up? I would have just moved him from the upstairs crib to the downstairs crib, then sent Joe downstairs to be with him!

Have a good day!

Isaac looks so adorable sitting up by himself without any oxygen! Sorry to hear you fed the bed again, I guess that will happen from time to time. I hope you have a wonderful wednesday too!

I totally never got the feeding the bed stuff until Micah got his tube...it is such a mess...and like Wendy said, I am pretty sure my house smells like rotten pediasure now too! Oh well!!!

I am glad that the rest of your day went well and that you got to talk to grown ups for awhile...you really are an amazing woman!

Love ya!

He looks so big when he's sitting up by himself! He's moving along so well! Yeah for an "average" day without any excitement!

You are AMAZING! I don't know how you do it all! Your kids are all so cute, and Isaac's looking more and more like a "big boy" epecially when he's sitting up!

I'm with all of you tube feeding mama's - my house probably smells "soo wonderful"! - LOL That has been one of my fears with Vaeh's tube is that I'll wake up and she'll be soaked, especially since she's on continuous feeding (55mL/ hour) all night!

I just love all of the pics! You have such handsome boys! Isaac looks so big sitting up, & that smile...!

How the rest of your week shapes up & goes better!
