Here's a morning update for you: Isaac had a really good night. He slept 4-5 hours between feedings and didn't have any bad episodes.....I don't think he made the monitors go off once......until....they came to draw labs at 2am. They tried his arm, his wrist, and then finally did a finger prick. They didn't get enough, so they had to draw again this morning (but, the gal on days is the best...so, I let her in the room). He hasn't eatten since 2:30 because we have the swallow study schecheduled at 8am...which means that he has had some lovely screaming fits were he makes all the monitors go off!! He's finally tired and sleeping. We are going to try a reflux formula after the swallow test....maybe the new meds and the formula will do the trick and we will not need the surgery.....my fingers are crossed and my prayers have been said! I'll post an update later today after the tests...and once hems asleep. Oh....and the boys are off to Aunt Christy's house today, where they will stay for the week! Thanks for taking them Christy!

We're so happy you had a good night Isaac! Kathy, you and Joe (and your family) are amazing! Keep up the good work and the blog. Our fingers are crossed and our prayers have been said, too. I called the temple this morning and put Isaac's name on the prayer roll. Now lots of prayers are being said. Give that cutie a kiss for us. We love you guys--the Nelsons

Maybe I'll come pop in this week. Dan can watch the kids and I can pop in for a day visit. You know Isaac just wants to see his aunt Mandy.

Take care
Mandy

Hello Isaac,
Do you want Grandma to come and tell those nurses to leave you alone? Just let your mom know when you are ready for a Grandma visit.
Both Grandma's are resting up for a trip!
