1:00pm update***
We just talked with one of Dr. Hanley's nurses...and he said that the OR is ready, Dr. Hanley is ready...but, there are no available beds in the CVICU!!! So...unless they can move some babies around...we will not be able to have our surgery today. We're still at the hospital waiting! I'll post again once I know if we're getting in or if we're headed back to the RMH.

Oh God, that's exactly what happened to us on Matthew's first OHS... NO BEDS IN THE CVICU.....they canceled 5 minutes before they were supposed to come and take him to the OR..
We fahreaked out!
But an hour or so later... I can't remember exactly...
they came and got him and off he went!!!
We we weren't even scared... we were thrilled to just get the show on the road.
Plus, when you meet the man w/ the halo over his head...Dr. Hanley..
you'll go GA GA like we did...
you'll be soo cool and calm!!!
He's amazing..I'm tearing all up thinking about the man.
Oh bummer!!!! Let's hope something opens up....
