Let me tell you how our night went....
I hooked up the feeding pump...and changed his feeds to 2.5 oz every 2 hours to be given over 40 minutes...and he didn't wretch once last night (he did once today). I set my cell phone to vibrate every 2 hours so that I could refill his pump and start it again...he didn't wake up once...not even when I would change his diapers. I know it was good for him to sleep that hard! And, although I had to wake up every 2 hours....it's easier to wake to a vibrating phone than a screaming baby!!! We stayed on that same schedule today and it worked really well. The speech therapist, developmental specialist, and nutritionist came today. Isaac weighed 11lbs 2 ozs. We're working on trying to get him to take a little by mouth...so that he doesn't lose that skill after surgery! It's game night tonight...so, I have to race Eil and Joe soon...Isaac's snoozing in his cradle.
