Just look at him...doesn't make since that we had to go to Stanford.  He's done awesome since coming home.  He did retch 4 times today...but, he didn't throw up at all.  He was able to control it and keep it down.  He's sleeping at night like a champ...he's tolerating the increased amount of feeds.  We stopped the corn starch because his blood sugar has been fine.  (that again doesn't make since...it was high last week).  Joe made copies of his Stanford records today for me...so, we'll start calling tomorrow to see all of our specialists.

He started doing the CUTEST thing last night.  First...Isaac doesn't make any sounds.  Just a few giggles and crying...all smiles...but, no sounds.  No babbles.  Well, yesterday, we were singing to him...and he started mouthing the words like he was singing along...without the sound.  It's amazing.  One day the sound will come...but, he's never moved his mouth like he was ever going to even try to make a sound.  I'm looking for the camcorder to record it for you...it's too cute!

Eli is feeling better...but, still coughing a lot and needing a few breathing treatments each day.  Chris has been a big helper and ready for school to start again tomorrow.

I called Dr. Mayman's office today...trying to get in tomorrow.  The receptionist will call me in the morning to see if they can squeeze me in.  I'll be sure to post if we get in!

He sure has the cutest smile! I love when you share pictures with us. I am so glad to hear today went better. Hopefully this starts clearing up on its own. I still don't understand how they sent you guys to Stanford then days later decided to send you home. I am so glad he didn't have another surgery but just like you, I wish they had more answers.

Always keeping you guys in my prayers.

Take Care!

Isaac looks SO HAPPY and content in these pics. More than I've ever seen him look! He just has this totally relaxed look about him. What a sweet man. And he's so smart, too! Mouthing his silent jabbering to songs!

I hope you can get into see Dr. M today. Will keep checking back!

Kat, I know you like long hair.....but Isaac's is getting a little out of control. Just trim up around his ears. You can keep his curl on top! I know how you are. You will be looking for bows to put in it next.

I'm glad you are able to figure out what's best for him. You have had to change so much of the simple things.

I can tell that he is growing. He may not be fattening up.....but he looks more and more like an independent little guy. Just wait until he starts scooting from room to room. Pretty soon he will be chasing Katie and eating her dog food!!!!

We love you......but please consider the hair! You could always do the Elvis slick back!
