Thanks for checking in on us....for your treat...I have pics!
This is Eli showing off the toys he lets Isaac play with.

Chris....pretending to do schoolwork.
Isaac, trying to eat his g-tube...and the dog Eli made for him.
Still trying to eat that tube!
Eli just showing off his charm.....again!

This is how Isaac sits in his bouncy seat...seriously!
Still in the bouncy seat....propping the legs up...
Show off!  and cheesy Eli striking a pose!
Hi ladies!
Side view...I'm still adorable...

***We're packing and cleaning.  The big boys are in bed, Grandma is in bed, and Isaac is watching American Idol (really...he can't keep his eyes off the tv!).  We'll be busy packing all night and into the morning...
We have the pre-op appointment at 7:30am on Thursday and First and ONLY case on Friday.  Please pray for Isaac, the doctors and nurses that take care of him, for Joe and I, (really, that Joe stays off my nerves), for my big boys (that they can handle their mama leaving them again), and for Grandma Sue (that my big boys don't drive her INSANE!).

I just LOVE the pictures. That is so cute how he props his feet up on the bouncer. Silly boy! You are all in my prayers as you head out tomorrow. I'm glad you got the room at RMH. Try to get some rest cause you have a busy day tomorrow.

Love,
Vanessa

OMG! Your boys are so incredibly adorable. I love the g-tube in the mouth...too bad it was not real food going into the mouth...oh well, we are getting closer!

I wish you very safe travels and a very successful pre-op and surgery this week. You know I will be waiting. I am going to email you my phone numbers so you have them if you need to talk.

Much Love,
Samantha

How CUTE that Isaac props his legs up like that! Funny man.

Good luck finishing up your packing, etc.. and have a safe trip! Everything is going to go great and you can count on many prayers from MN coming your way. Isaac is already totally surrounded in prayer.

p.s. Don't forget your cord to your camera this time. :) We'll need to see lots of pics!

Our family will be praying for your whole family, doctors, nurses, etc.! You have the most handsome boys! Nearly as handsome as all MY grandsons! My heart goes out to you for having to make this trek again, but, Kathy, you have some of your mama in you (strength!) and I know everything will be fine!

OK Kat, I agree with Elijah's mom, don't forget the camera cord, the feeding pump cord, and all the hundreds of medical supplies you have to leave home with. Have Joe do a quick run through to make sure EVERYTHING is packed.

I'll keep up with Chris and his schoolwork. I really like schools that posts homework and test grades online. A child doesn't have a chance to goof off!

Isaac, I hope you have a good plane ride......and don't breathe any of those YUCKY germs!

Good luck to ALL!

We are friends of the Laymans (Krista, Andy, Seth and Kate) and the Kings (Nana and Oompa). This is the first time we have checked in on your blog, but Krista, thoughtful as always--even in her pain right now, said we should be praying for Isaac. Know that strangers here in Fort Wayne, IN are praying for a successful surgery for Isaac and for your strength and comfort.

Eli is a ham in front of the camera! Those are all great photos. Your little man is ready for this big day. I'll be thinking of you. Don't get into trouble again this time. Since the twins are gone, Isaac will get the attention he deserves! Best of luck!

Hello. We too are friends of Kate Layman's family and decided to check out how you were doing. Krista has put out the prayer request for Isaac's surgery on Friday! Be comforted in knowing that many strangers are praying for the surgeons knowledge, your peace of mind and Isaac's strength to pull through and recover.
